    Need us to come to you? No problem! Our location fee covers the additional time and travel expenses so that we can bring our studio to you. Includes travel up to 30 miles from Durham.

Will you shoot team photos in addition to the headshots?

Absolutely! No matter what size company you have, we can photograph the whole team together or broken up into groups by departments. Whether you need an image of everyone together or photos of the individual departments or teams, we got you covered. We typically will include one group photo in any team shoot at no additional cost with additional groupings being billed at the same price as an additional individual (see prices above).

Can you match headshots we have taken previously?

Many companies have headshots that match their branding but are looking to work with a new headshot service provider. We can work with photographers from other markets to match their images and provide any file type, format, or crop as is necessary to keep the consistency in the look and feel of your existing team headshots. If you can provide us with an image you want us to match or an example of a style you like, we can take care of the rest.

What if we can't get everyone together on the same day?

Office work has changed dramatically over the last few years. Some teams are made up of remote workers, others just work in industries that keep the team in and out of the office at random times. For companies facing a challenge when it comes to getting everyone together, we offer easy solutions. Often we start with a trip to the office to photograph headshots for part of the staff, then follow up with a custom online calendar to allow remote employees to schedule their own sessions in our studio at their convenience. Whatever the situation is, we make it seamless so that everyone gets a great-looking headshot that’s consistent with the company brand.

STEP 1 : Designing Your Experience

We create a custom designed experience including private image galleries for each participant with your chosen branding, message and activation links. Our headshot sign-up form can be branded and modified to include specific data collection based on your needs

STEP 2 : Creating Headshots On-Demand

We install our headshot station with optional signage, slideshows, and even professional hair and makeup to create the ultimate experience for your attendees. We collect information from each participant then use professional lighting, posing direction, and expression coaching to create beautiful, professional headshots for each person.

STEP 3 : Instant Delivery!

Each participant gets their headshots instantly delivered to their email within seconds of the final click. All the images are displayed in a private, individual gallery complete with your chosen logo, messaging, and call to action.

STEP 4 : Lead Generation and Beyond

At the end of each day, we will provide you with a full list of the participants and all the information collected from them at sign-up. At this point, we have already handled the delivery of all the images to each participant, leaving no work to do there. We will continue to host and manage the images on your behalf while you utilize the lead list.
